After playing a major role in Thor 4, Chris Hemsworth wants his daughter to hold off acting

After her performance in Thor: Love and Thunder, Chris Hemsworth has decided to temporarily put a stop to his daughter’s acting career. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Hemsworth shared how his daughter India Rose’s role in Thor 4 grew unexpectedly, prompting him to express his desire for her to pause her Hollywood career. “Originally, it was meant to be a brief moment in the film, but her character expanded with the evolving story,” Hemsworth stated. He continued, “I asked her if she wanted to have some dialogue in the film, and she was totally up for it! She did a fantastic job and enjoyed the experience.” Hemsworth further explained that he wants his daughter to have a fulfilling childhood, and he believes she feels the same way. While he remains open to her returning to acting in the future if she expresses interest, he encourages her to explore various paths, recognizing that solely pursuing an acting career might mean missing out on other valuable experiences.
