It’s possible that Marvel had some of the title modifications for what is now known as Agatha: Darkhold Diaries planned. A fresh revelation suggests that Marvel may have had the most recent title change for the WandaVision spinoff in mind all along. According to a source with insider knowledge of the programme, Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), the deceitful witch who repeatedly deceived Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) in 2021’s WandaVision, is really the one who altered the title once more. Since many people have decided to think that the studio just doesn’t have a clear vision for the programme, if this is indeed the case, Marvel has employed an intriguing and distinctive marketing technique. Agatha: House of Harkness was the name of the Hahn-led programme when it was first announced in 2021; however, in 2022, the name was altered to Coven of Chaos. The most recent name change for the programme happened when Marvel postponed a number of their future projects. Agatha: Darkhold Diaries’ release date has been delayed from early 2024 to later that year, despite the fact that the program’s filming was finished before the ongoing Hollywood strikes began.
After the shooting for Darkhold Diaries was finished, Hahn gushed about how much she loves being Agatha Harkness. At the moment, she declared, “I adore her so much. She is a witch, after all, so what could be more enticing? She will make a “surprisingly” profound second appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the actor continued. Aubrey Plaza, who co-stars with Hahn in Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, has also made comments about how distinctive the programme is in comparison to other Marvel endeavours. Without disclosing more, Plaza, who will be portraying a unique character created just for Darkhold Diaries, added, “I had a fun. I also really enjoyed my role in it, and I believe it to be the best Marvel content currently available. So, entering that environment and particularly being with those folks was amazing.
