Since the release of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Super Bowl teaser online, another significant comic book movie has gained attention. Similar to The Flash, this movie ushers in a new age for both its extraterrestrial defenders and James Gunn’s career at Marvel Studios as he gets ready to start the next series of DC Comics movies. And judging by this trailer, Gunn wants to leave a lasting impression. He could also hurt other people’s feelings in the process. Here are some of the dramatic and impactful scenes from the trailer.

Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord, Peter Quill, introduces the trailer by summarising what happened in the first two Guardians of the Galaxy movies. “Star-Lord here! I established the Guardians. met a woman. discovered love. That girl passed away, but later came back, “He continues, alluding to what happened to his beloved and fellow Guardian Gamora (Zoe Saldana). During Avengers: Endgame, a time-displaced Gamora made a return, but she is not friendly with Quill and slams him into a wall. Came back a complete jerk! While travelling in an elevator with Gamora and Nebula (Karen Gillan), Quill barks. Gamora clearly finds this offensive, but Nebula concedes Quill is right, even though he omitted “some vital facts.”

The Guardians are next seen navigating their brand-new starship Bowie to the High Evolutionary’s (Chukwudi Iwuji) headquarters. Like his comic book counterpart, the High Evolutionary is driven by a sacrosanct purpose to build the ideal society. In contrast, Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) claims that the man simply detested the way things are because “he didn’t want to make things ideal.” In flashbacks, we see a young Rocket being experimented on by the Evolutionary and meeting his own love interest, Lyla, an otter who has undergone genetic enhancement.

more video features The Guardians leaping from the Bowie onto an asteroid, Quill dashing through blazing debris, Groot (Vin Diesel) standing back to back with Quill, and the Guardians leaping onto Adam Warlock are just a few examples (Will Poulter). Drax (Dave Bautista) expresses his gratitude for the opportunity to battle with his buddies to the other Guardians. Quill continues, “We were constantly yearning for a family until we discovered each other,” in a moving statement. He makes a brief yet impactful comment to close. Are you prepared for one more ride? It will be a spectacular ride, based on the video of the Bowie tearing through space and Warlock’s relentless chase.

The closing image of the teaser, which depicts the Guardians somberly strolling through Knowhere, is one of the most frightening scenes in the whole film. Quill is being held in Nebula’s arms. Rocket’s monologue completes the gloomy atmosphere: “We’ll all go off in one flight. Into the endlessly stunning sky.” Because this is a James Gunn movie, the trailer concludes with a humorous scene. Gamora notes that Nebula sounds more like her previous self when her sister angrily objects. Quill, though, can’t help but look into the cyborg’s blue eyes. And Quill responds, “He selected a nice pair,” when Nebula informs out that they were the outcome of Thanos’ (Josh Brolin) experiments on her.

On May 5, 2023, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will hit theatres. Below is the latest Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer.
