Cast and crew of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse keep quiet about its follow-up

Anyone looking for new information seems to only get the quiet treatment from the actors and crew working on the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse sequel. Any additional information helps keep fans interested until the release of Beyond the Spider-Verse since there is so much expectation for the last Spider-Verse episode. However, information is still scant, and Spider-Verse composer Daniel Pemberton stated in an interview that no one is discussing the project’s status out of purpose. When asked where he was with the musical score’s development, he quipped, “Don’t speak about it. Everyone involved in this movie has sort of agreed not to discuss the sequel while we’re all still getting over the first one. Pemberton’s remark supports the cast and crew’s promise to keep the sequel under wraps. Kemp Powers, who is also the co-director of Across the Spider-Verse, echoed Pemberton’s pledge, stating that because fans are so eager to learn more about Beyond the Spider-Verse, everything he says will probably be misconstrued or misquoted. “I’ve been told to keep quiet. My lips closes the moment you mention Beyond the Spider-Verse,” he declared. According to rumours, Miles Morales’ voice actor Shameik Moore, who appears in all of the Spider-Verse movies, is familiar with the plot of Beyond the Spider-Verse. He’s probably as quiet about specifics as everyone else working in the project.

Pemberton remembers when interest in the Spider-Verse trilogy wasn’t as high. He claimed he was immediately sold on Into the Spider-Verse after boarding, but other passengers were not as enthused. He said, “What was funny about making the first movie was no one seemed to really care about it.” “I distinctly recall thinking, ‘This is one of the most special films I’ve ever worked on,'” And I would say, “Oh my god, I’m working on perhaps the best project I’ve ever worked on,” to which they would respond, “Oh, what is it?” “It’s Spider-Man,” they would ask, “Oh, another Spider-Man film?” And you would observe how quickly they lost interest. With a balanced emphasis on plot and aesthetics, the first two Spider-Verse films won over both audiences and reviewers. Recently released films were distinguished from the norm by their distinctive animation flare, and spectators were effectively kept interested by the strong plot arcs. Fans have little option but to wait patiently for the release of the third movie as producers have stated they are ready to put off the release till the finished work fulfils quality requirements.
