Director of ‘Prey’ breaks silence on Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 humor with the Predator

Spread MCU News

Great news for Deadpool fans, as Deadpool 3 has resumed production after the end of the Hollywood strikes, which means we can expect new set photos to make their way online from the Marvel Cinematic Universe feature. These photos have already given us a glimpse of several character cameos and plenty of Marvel Easter eggs that will appear in the movie. However, in an attempt to prevent any further leaks, the star and producer of Deadpool 3, Ryan Reynolds, took to social media to plead with the media and fans not to spread any more leaks.

When that didn’t work, Reynolds decided to take a new approach and leaked his own “set photos” from the film, including surprise guests. He posted photos of Deadpool on the set with other characters photoshopped into the scene, such as Mickey Mouse, the Quibi logo, and even the Predator. This move was a clever way to combat the leaks and to generate some buzz around the movie. Reynolds also asked fans not to overuse the phrase “Deadpool leaks” as it might interfere with the search results for those looking for genuine leaks or spoilers.

While it might be unlikely for Deadpool and the Predator to cross paths on the big screen, it is not impossible. The two characters could easily meet in the pages of Marvel comics, and a showdown between the merc with the mouth and the galaxy’s quietest hunter seems inevitable. In fact, a Predator vs. Wolverine comic series is currently being published, and though Deadpool has not appeared yet, fans are hoping that he will make an appearance soon. Overall, it’s exciting to see Deadpool 3 back in production, and we can’t wait to see the finished product with all the cameos and Easter eggs that the set photos have teased.
