It has now been confirmed who will portray the villain in The Fantastic Four, after the announcement of the film’s leading cast. Galactus will be the movie’s antagonist, as has already been revealed, though many fans have already anticipated this. Actor Ralph Ineson has reportedly received the official casting call for the role of Galactus in The Fantastic Four. According to reports, Ineson will portray Stan Lee and Jack Kirby’s creation, Galactus, a superhero from Marvel comic books. He had made an appearance in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, the 2007 sequel, as a computer-generated image. Before Ineson was cast, there were speculations that Antonio Banderas and Javier Bardem were being considered for the role of the upcoming Fantastic Four movie’s villain.
For his part as Amycus Carrow in the last three Harry Potter feature films, Ineson is well-known. His portrayal of Chris Finch in the first UK iteration of The Office brought him prominence earlier. In addition, he played Commander Ballantine in the Willow series, Nikolai Tarakanov in Chernobyl, and Dagmer Cleftjaw in Game of Thrones. He made his feature debut in the horror prequel The First Omen, which came out lately. Previously, Ineson starred in movies like Dolittle, The Witch, The Northman, and The Green Knight.
This casting is in line with Paul Walter Hauser and John Malkovich’s additions. The parts that Malkovich and Hauser will be portraying are yet unknown. It was previously revealed that Julia Garner will portray Shalla-Bal, the feminine form of Sliver Surfer. Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, also known as the Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing, make up the ensemble cast. Matt Shakman is directing The Fantastic Four. Eric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, Ian Springer, and Peter Cameron contributed to the script. Producing is Kevin Feige. The first live-action Fantastic Four film was filmed in the early 1990s, but it was never officially released. A new live-action film would launch in 2005, bringing with it a revamp for the series. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, the sequel, was released in 2017. A stand-alone remake debuted in cinemas in 2015.
