Iman Vellani, a Marvels star, recently talked about the other Marvel actors she would like to collaborate with. Iman Vellani, an actress for The Marvels, listed the celebrities she would want to work with in the Marvel universe during an interview. Vellani stated, “I want to say someone from Bryan Singer’s X-Men, but like, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine because I feel like that started a lot of my love for Marvel.” Hugh Jackman’s portrayal of Wolverine from the X-Men was on Vellani’s list. I was three or whatever age when I watched X-Men, so I believe it was one of my first Marvel films.””And then, Tobey McGuire’s Spider-Man, oh my God, or Topher Grace as Venom, imagine,” the actress said. Vellani hinted at her own fondness for the Sam Raimi world when she said, “I would love to act with anyone from that Raimi universe.” With such films, I grew up. That would be incredible.

In 2022, Vellani made her MCU debut in the eponymous Disney+ miniseries as Kamala Khan’s Ms. Marvel. Kamala is a child admirer of the Avengers who has a special affection for Captain Marvel. She later uses a magic bangle to get her own set of superhuman powers. The show centres on Kamala as she struggles to balance her need to fit in with her unexpected talents. With the introduction of The Marvels, which teams together Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), Carol Danvers (Brie Larson), and Kamala, Vellani makes her cinematic MCU debut. The movie centres on the trio and how their abilities are linked by quantum entanglement. They cooperate to take down Dar-Benn, the new Kree leader, before she can use the Sun’s power. Zawe Ashton plays Dar-Benn. Despite being a newcomer to the superhero genre, the cast has embraced Vellani and given her high marks for her poise and performance while filming. Brie Larson, the actress from Captain Marvel, said that she was the first to welcome Vellani to the Marvel Cinematic Universe when she made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She told the late-night host that “being a superhero is like a weird, specific job.” And making sure you have additional zippers so you can use the restroom, is someone else’s idea. It simply resembles really weird stuff. Larson continued by talking about how Scarlett Johansson had helped her in a similar way, and that she want to support and encourage Vellani in a similar manner.
