Well, it is a well-known truth that Marvel Studios is preparing for another big-budget film to start out 2023 strong. The first movie in the new phase, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, will set off a series of events that will lead up to Avengers: Secret Wars. As Scott Lang meets Kang the Conqueror down in the Quantum world, there will be some violent battle sequences between Ant-Man and his friends.

Kang and Ant-Man Engage in a Bloody Fight in the Movie

There will be a lot of vicious battle scenes in the film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania between the key protagonists. Some of the action scenes become very realistic as Kang the Conqueror is tasked with destroying the multiverse and every superhero tries to stop him. Paul Rudd, who plays Ant-Man, revealed that less blood had to be visible on his mouth during the combat sequences. Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors, is one of the most formidable multiversal adversaries, therefore it is more or less predicted that Scott Lang will take a beating. Paul Rudd and Jonathan Majors said in an interview with Access Hollywood that there was too much blood on Rudd’s character, and Marvel had to tone down the amount of blood that came off Lang’s face during the fight with Kang the Conqueror.

“They actually had to tone it down. They had to tone it down. They’re like, ‘You know what, this is a little too much.’”

It’s possible that Majors, who played Michael B. Jordan’s co-star in Creed III, bullied Jordan by punching him and taking punches in the ring. This led to Rudd receiving severe blows. Paul Rudd said, “I was so banged up that if I had a headshot, you wouldn’t be able to tell,” to Majors’ claims that he was cautious not to injure his co-head star’s but may have slightly bruised it. Fortunately, no one was hurt while filming since they had to remove most of the blood off Ant-suit Man’s to make it PG-rated.

Phases 5 and 6 will be introduced by Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which will eventually lead to Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, the last two films in Phase 6. There are rumours that the multiversal event that would constitute the conclusion will be much larger than the Infinity Saga and Endgame from Phase 3. The focus of the next film will be Scott Lang and Hope Van Dyne’s efforts to catch up with their family circumstances.

Their family must make a number of difficult choices after being forcibly drawn into the Quantum Realm, but the most crucial one is whether to take the first stand against Kang the Conqueror’s invasion into this realm. The future film, which will be the third Ant-Man instalment, will be helmed by Peyton Reed. The film is anticipated to serve as a springboard for Marvel Studios to restart with a fresh supervillain and take us, the audience, on another emotional rollercoaster.

On February 17, 2023, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be released in theatres.
