Marvel Phase 5 is the upcoming set of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films that have been announced by Marvel Studios but have not been released yet. As of my knowledge cutoff, Phase 5 has not been officially announced by Marvel Studios, and the exact films that will be included in this phase are not yet known. However, Marvel has announced several upcoming films such as “Captain Marvel 2”, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”, “The Marvels“, “Captain America: New World Order”, ” Thunderbolts” and “Blade” that are expected to be included in Phase 5.
It is expected that Phase 5 will continue the story arc of the MCU, following the events of Phase 4. It is likely to introduce new characters and storylines, as well as bring back some fan-favorite characters. It is also possible that Phase 5 will explore new genres and continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the MCU.
Some rumors suggest that Phase 5 will explore the concept of multiverse and time travel more. It’s also speculated that it will introduce the concept of the “Secret Invasion” storyline where some of the characters the audience have come to know and love, turn out to be shape-shifting Skrulls.
As the exact films and storylines for Phase 5 have not been officially announced by Marvel, it is hard to predict what direction the MCU will take in this phase. However, it is certain that Marvel will continue to surprise and entertain audiences with exciting new stories and characters.
Phase 6 (2024 to 2025)
Movies and TV shows featured:
• Deadpool 3
• Fantastic Four
• Avengers: The Kang Dynasty
• Avengers: Secret Wars
Kevin Feige also revealed four epic films for Phase 6, albeit this won’t be the whole Phase 6 lineup as there are still several opening dates to be determined.
We are aware that one spot will be taken up by the much anticipated “Deadpool 3,” which stars Hugh Jackman once more as Wolverine. Phase 5 may eventually include the threequel, but for now, we’ll refer to it as Phase 6.
Given the upcoming release of Secret Wars, we’d wager heavily that one of those outings will be the eagerly anticipated X-Men film, given the crew is involved in the comic book adaptation of the plot. Your guess is currently as good as ours regarding everything else.
