As TVA agent Ouroboros “OB” in Loki Season 2, Ke Huy Quan makes his MCU debut. The actor is arguably best recognised for his appearances as Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Data in The Goonies. He received an Academy Award nomination for his work in the 2022 film Everything Everywhere All At Once. In an interview, Christine Wada, who created the costumes for Loki, said Quan wanted to reference to his Goonies persona by giving OB some of Data’s fashion sense. It was pretty entertaining because he discussed the first fittings or perhaps it was a phone call and patches because Data wore them and he said, “What about patches? It would be fantastic,” Wada added. “And it was really, but then it quickly just became OB.” Wada also gushed about how enjoyable working with Quan was. He contributes so much. In other words, he would breathe life into a paper bag if you put him inside. She also commended the actor’s work ethic, stating, “He’s so sweet, but he also is very dedicated and does his homework and really talks about whether, ‘Should this feel a little more vintage?'” His outfit was taken from a vintage jumpsuit from that era since we always wanted it to seem like the ’30s or ’40s.

Wada will be appearing in a second season of a show for the first time with Loki. She claims that the change resulted from Season 2 being a straight continuation of its first season. Loki Season 1 “really never ended the story,” according to Wada. I had to finish the voyage with the squad, thus. However, I do believe that this team and this work are truly exceptional. I believe that passion to creating this narrative and its peculiarity comes from the pages, Tom Hiddleston, and everyone else. The resemblance between Loki Seasons 1 and 2 has recently been linked by executive producer Kevin Wright to the sets that were used for filming. Wright said, “I think it is a rhythm of manufacturing. “These things stream extremely quickly. It shoots far more quickly than our films do, and in Season 1, we built sets and created the world out of necessity, but it ended up being a really important step for us.
