Kevin Wright, a co-executive producer, has described Ke Huy Quan’s function in the forthcoming Loki Season 2. The Time Variance Authority (TVA) tech specialist OB is portrayed by the Everything Everywhere All at Once actor in the Disney+ Marvel series. After travelling a great distance on the TVA, Tom Hiddleston’s Loki and Owen Wilson’s Mobius turn to Quan’s eccentric repair character, OB, for assistance in Loki Season 2. In the department of repairs and advancement, OB works in a basement filled with technology. In a conversation, Wright describes Quan’s function. Basically, everything that runs at the TVA every computer, every piece of technology is his responsibility. He either created it or maintains it and fixes it. For his work in the 2022 film Everything Everywhere All at Once, Quan received the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award as well as the Golden Globe Award. Wright mentioned that following his prominent part in the successful film, Marvel casting director Sarah Halley Finn requested that the actor join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Quan was a major admirer of Marvel and Season 1 of Loki, which the Loki crew discovered when they hurriedly tried to sign him. Quan also said that he has been a Marvel fan since the 2008 debut of Iron Man.

Last year, Kevin Feige made the announcement that the whole Loki Season 1 original cast will be returning. This implies that Hiddleston’s Loki, Gugu Mbatha-Raw’s Ravonna Renslayer, Tara Strong’s Miss Minutes, Wilson’s Mobius M. Mobius, Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie, and Eugene Cordero’s Casey/Hunter K-5E will all be back for more. Jonathan Majors will also be back in the role of Kang the Conqueror, a variation of He Who Remains. Some newcomers to the MCU, such Rafael Casal, who had a cryptic role that was revealed in July, join Quan. Game of Thrones star Kate Dickie will appear in Season 2 as an unnamed character who is rumoured to be a villain. Additionally, it’s still feasible that additional Marvel characters from the expanding Multiverse will feature in the series.

The second season of Loki starts up where the first one left off, with the title character engaged in a heated battle for the very soul of the Time Variance Authority. As the Multiverse continues to develop and become more deadly, Loki sets off on a perilous voyage alongside Mobius, Hunter B-15, and a number of other well-known and unknown characters. Their goal was to find Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, and Miss Minutes as well as to understand the fundamental significance of the ideas of free will and purpose. Eric Martin takes over as the show’s lead writer for Loki Season 2. The creators of the Marvel series are Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Tom Hiddleston and Michael Waldron, who served as the show’s lead writers in the first season, are both back in their executive positions. Executive producers for Loki Season 2 include Tom Hiddleston, Victoria Alonso, Louis D’Esposito, Kevin Feige, and Michael Waldron.
