Set photos from Daredevil: Born Again seem to corroborate the reports that Foggy Nelson and Karen Page will be making a comeback. It was rumoured that Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson, who played Karen Page and Foggy Nelson on Daredevil, would not be returning to their respective roles on Daredevil: Born Again. But following a creative reboot, there were whispers that Woll and Henson would return for Born Again after all. Currently, photos from the shooting site, which @WingFinn48 posted on X, clearly imply that the two characters will show up.
The set photographs don’t feature any actors, but they do show the plaque for Foggy Nelson, Matt Murdock, and Karen Page at the legal office. Additional pictures include scenery-related posters and artwork with Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, dubbed the “Kingpin.” Another image reveals that the project is filming under the secret name “Out the Kitchen,” which is probably a reference to Hell’s Kitchen, the location of the programme. Originally, Daredevil: Born Again was supposed to act as a gentle Daredevil relaunch. Although Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio were reprising their roles as Daredevil and Kingpin, respectively, they were regarded as variations, which allowed Marvel Studios to introduce the characters without explicitly referencing the events of the Daredevil narrative. Birth Again will give due credit to the original series following a reworking of the script throughout production with the addition of new head writers. As a result, Daredevil and its spinoffs are now recognised as canonical MCU content. D’Onofrio explained the creative reset to THR, saying, “Look, acknowledging Daredevil is how we’ve got to do it now.” This happened at the relaunch of all the creative for Daredevil: Born Again. “That’s fantastic that we are solely talking about it in terms of how closely it relates to the original Daredevil. It includes all of the side tales from the first three seasons as well as a tonne of interesting new ones.
