In Deadpool 3, Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine will reunite with a few well-known adversaries. According to reports, two antagonists from the X-Men film series have made a comeback in the Deadpool 3 set images.The images are making a lot of Marvel fans very excited on social media, even though they do ruin what could have been an entertaining surprise.Jackman’s Wolverine is shown fighting Sabretooth in the set photos, and at one point Deadpool is seen holding up the villain’s severed head.An actor portraying Toad, a different antagonist from the first X-Men film, was reportedly also present on set. The actors that portrayed these roles during filming are not fully known, even though Tyler Mane, one of the X-Men franchise’s stars, seems to be returning as Sabretooth. Whether Ray Park will return as Toad or if there will be a variation is still unknown.
It’s obvious that not every cameo will be kept a secret, but Deadpool 3 is anticipated to contain a lot of surprises. There have been many different return rumours, including Dafne Keen from Logan returning as X23 and Taylor Swift possibly playing Dazzler among special guest appearances. There may be several iterations of the supervillain in the movie as Liev Schreiber is rumoured to play his version of Sabretooth. All of the rumours are known to director Shawn Levy, who says he is aware of them and has confirmed that some are true—though he won’t say which ones.
Levy stated on The Jess Cagle Show, “I love the proliferation of casting rumours on the internet because I never have to say what’s real and what’s fantasy.” For that reason, I’m just going to go with the cliched “no comment” on everything casting related to Deadpool 3. We’re lucky on this one, I’ll say that. Is this a satisfactory response? While the majority of online rumours are untrue, some aren’t.” Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Stefan Kapičić as the voice of Colossus, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, and Karan Soni as Dopinder are among the other anticipated returnees from earlier Deadpool movies. Emma Corrin is one of the newcomers, playing an unidentified villain.
