Nia DaCosta, the director of Marvels, revealed that Christopher Nolan and James Gunn served as inspiration for the MCU film. DaCosta revealed how she developed her idea for the superhero movie when she initially pitched it to Marvel Studios, as The Marvels makes their way into theatres. The budding director disclosed in an interview that she took a lot of influence for her The Marvels concept from James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy series and Christopher Nolan’s critically acclaimed 2014 science fiction picture Interstellar. DaCosta praised her first high-profile film, saying, “It’s so interesting because it’s so specific to Marvel, and also it has so many specific things happening, and we have these characters coming together.” I believe that it has a really distinctive tone. However, when I was considering this movie, I couldn’t help but think of other movies that I really like. “As a movie that unites these various characters inside the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I absolutely adore Guardians. The three main characters in the movie have to cooperate after realising that their abilities have been mixed up.
