The Marvel Cinematic Universe characters whose DNA was included in The Harvest were revealed in Secret Invasion. The Harvest contains the DNA of 19 superpowered characters/creatures, according to “Home,” the series finale of the Disney+ miniseries Secret Invasion: Abomination, Black Panther, Captain America, Captain Marvel, the Chitauri, Corvus Glaive, Drax, Ebony Maw, Gamora, Ghost, Hulk, Korg, Mantis, the Outriders, Proxima Midnight, Thanos, Thor, Valkyrie, and the Winter Soldier. Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) used The Harvest from Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and blended it with Skrull samples Cull Obsidian, Groot, Extremis, and Frost Beast to level up his Super Skrull skills in the episode. Gravik had no idea Nick Fury was Talos’ daughter G’iah in disguise, which meant she had the new Super Skrull skills as well.

The Harvest, initially referenced in the second episode “Promises,” is a bottle containing diverse DNA samples from upgraded humans and animals. In the fifth episode, “Harvest,” Nick Fury stated to Sonya Falsworth that during the Battle of Earth, which took place in and around the shattered remnants of the Avengers Compound, practically every Avenger shed blood. Fury then ordered the Skrulls in to pick through the debris for the DNA samples. The Harvest was later kept in Finland, inside Fury’s grave. G’iah began liberating all the people the Skrulls had abducted and put into hibernation under New Skrullos after beating Gravik in an epic Super Skrull conflict. Everett K. Ross was among those let free, with Martin Freeman reprising his role as the former CIA operative for a brief cameo. The actual Rhodey was also shown, with his look implying that he was replaced somewhere around the events of Captain America: Civil War, but Marvel has yet to confirm this.
