Marvel has unsurprisingly revealed more about Joe Locke’s role in the new Agatha All Along video. As Agatha Harkness and her new coven travel along the Witches’ Road, the upcoming episode of the Disney+ series will carry on the newest Phase 5 story. It is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, September 25. Given that Locke’s role in Agatha All Along is now only referred to as “Teen” in the series, one of the major mysteries surrounding the cast is this one. Roku (via @ScarletWitchUpd) has released a new teaser for Agatha All Along episode 3, which teases further information on Locke’s “Teen” character. This comes after the first two episodes were released. at the teaser, “Teen” appears to be using blue magic at a moment that is so fast you won’t believe it. Take a look at it below:
Phase 5 has been giving subtle hints about his position in Agatha’s coven ever since he made his MCU debut in Agatha All Along episodes 1 and 2. Although “Teen” claims to be a passionate student of practical magic and to crave power in the first few episodes, it seems he now possesses some degree of personal power. It’s unclear exactly where “Teen” acquired her witchcraft knowledge. However, “Teen” proved to be the one who free Agatha from Wanda Maximoff’s influence three years prior, indicating the truth about how strong he was always supposed to be in Agatha. The new teaser for Agatha All Along suggests even more that “Teen’s” power set would be showcased further in episode 3 and beyond, following the conclusion of episodes 1 and 2. It wouldn’t be astonishing if “Teen” ended up having more chances to prove his abilities to the other members of the coven as they traveled farther down the Witches’ Road. For this reason, when Agatha All Along episode 3 eventually releases onDisney+ on Wednesday, it will undoubtedly be a must-watch.
It’s become increasingly obvious that “Teen” is one of Agatha All Along’s largest, if not the most powerful, characters. For more than a year, there have been rumors that “Teen” is really Billy Maximoff, a.k.a. Wiccan, in adult form. Agatha All Along even disclosed Billy’s identity in foreign promotional materials. Though it raises more problems than it answers, it becomes more and more plausible that “Teen” is either Billy the Scarlet Witch’s son’s reincarnation or a stand-in. The pursuit will have been worthwhile if all of this is leading up to Agatha All Along, when the Scarlet Witch makes her reappearance. Hopefully, Agatha All Along will soon reveal his true identity, but in the meantime, imagine how influential Locke’s persona will be in the MCU.
